I am trying to create a Pokemon Game save archive. I'm using github for this – it seems the best way to have the saves available for everyone to use.
But why do we want a save archive?
- Create and backup checkpoints of your pokemon playthrough.
- download save files for the opposite game version – enable trade/version exclusives without having to play the same game more than once.
- A great resource for practicing speedrunners to practice specific game sections.
- usable with both emulators and physical hardware.
This is a community reliant effort and requires people to participate for it
no git knowledge is required – the repository contains a full usage and contributing guide.
A massive thanks to anyone willing to contribute.
