Its name is Blubboom (Water/Poison) and I based it on exploding sperm whales and rounded it out as well as giving it a fuse-like appendage to have it resemble one of those stereotypical, spherical bombs. Sperm whales have a gooey substance in their heads, so I thought I could have it shoot out the toxic goo out of its blowhole to disarm/attack predators like Sharpedo.
I’ve always struggled with animal Pokémon because I’m not that good at proportions and changing it up to “Pokémonify” it. The best animal Fakémon I made was an ant that worked similarly to Wishiwashi. The reason for this, I think, is because you can enlarge and change many properties of an ant and have it still look like one, whereas if you change a few properties of a whale it just looks like a different species. Any feedback on design, colours, concept etc. would be greatly appreciated 🙂
