Delete stuff, use stuff until you have space or buy more storage
Have more than 350 inventory slots. 🤷♂️

Are you a fairly new player? What do you spend your Pokecoins on?
There is no excuse to have such a small bag unless you’ve only been playing for a week. Use your coins
Unless you live in an area with no pokestops or gyms, you can always get more items from spinning them. Since you didn’t post what’s in your bag, it’s hard to know what’s taking up the space, but you might have a lot of berries you can delete. Keep things like golden razz or silver pinap, keep great and ultra balls, keep rare candy, keep raid passes, keep 2 of the evolution items, etc. Once you’ve played more, you’ll start seeing what’s important vs what’s unnecessary.
What part of the game can’t you participate in? Even with a full item bag you can spin a gym daily for the free daily raid pass. Similarly you can collect max particles with a full item bag.
