Will I be able to make it to Level 50 before the update rolls in?

So I just learned that in about a week, there will be an update which will change the level limit from 50 to 80. However, the rewards will be going away with them as well.

I really want this cool jacket, but I am afraid that I may not get it in time.

If I can throw 3 excellent throws per day, will that be enough to get by?
