Hey everyone,
Unfortunately, I experienced an issue regarding paid raid passes during Camerupt Raid Day in Amsterdam.
Eventhough I had the ticket, I only got the regular free passes, after that, I had to use green ones.
I already opened a ticket with the in-game support feature, got a response that they are aware, but haven’t seen any update since. Anybody got news on that?
