Steel Skylines didn't really interest me for pokemon due to the previous Axew community day, although Trubbish was a nice catch. This meant that I got bored with the catches quite quickly.
There have been plenty of threads of evolved pokemon spawning more frequently, outside of events, and the attached screenshot shows what I caught in a 20 minute walk earlier.
It would be nice if event spawns also had the same chance of being evolved, because it would be an extra level excitement to potentially mundane catches.
