Making the perfect movesets for every Pokemon ever. Bulbasaur

This is based on each Pokémon’s learnset or learnable TMs from Scarlet and Violet or the newest game they were in

This is based on the aesthetic and vibes of each move and Pokémon It doesn’t have to be competitively sound although for some more gimmicky and strategic Pokémon, I’ll lean a little more into that.

Each base form Pokémon should somehow lead up to its final evolution's perfect movesets

Now, my reasoning.

Tackle cause it’s a move you can slap on a starter. In this case, Bulbasaur.

Vine whip for physical STAB

Solar beam is a move you can put on the whole line and be perfect

Poison power cuz it makes a little sense and I wanted some type of poison move on him.
