Hello I am playing Pokemon Leaf Green(jp) on an emulator. and I would like to transfer Pokemon from that game all the way to the Switch. But first thing is getting from the GBA to DS line.
My main hurdle at the moment is that I am trying to get the DS emulation side of the act working.
I was following this Video tutorial by Vincent thelego.
The problem is that I am using an Italian save file I found on projectpokemon.org. I assumed that this has the national pokedex (I don't know how to check. I never played the ds line, nor know Italian).
When I try to boot up MelonDS with this save file, using an Italian Diamond ROM, with DS Bios and the leaf green rom inserted.
The system seems to detect the two roms on the DS home screen. Although when I boot the DS game, the game's main menu does not show the option to transfer Pokemon via GBA.
I am wondering if the rom/save file is bad. Or the Emulator is not working.
Can someone point me or kindly send a Save file that can be used to transfer my Pokemon to gen 4 Please.
Also I should note which version I am running of MelonDS
- MelonDS 1.0 running on Flatpak Linux
