Does inactivity delete your account? Haven’t played since 2018 and get an error “Unable to sign in. Please check this Pokémon GO account exists”.

Just like the title says.
I have been trying to login without success.
My login is from Facebook, and I just get that error like my account (with my email) no longer exists.

I tried to reach support, without any help so far.

Any ideas ? Thanks in advance 🙏🏼
