Hello. I'm here to tell you about the biggest pokemaniac screw-up of my life. For this we are going to go back to 2021 when they distributed the codes for Zacian and Zamazenta variocolor.
At that time I had Pokemon Sword with DLC but I almost didn't play because I didn't like the story, but I still went to collect the codes distributed and took them home. Problem? Since it was off topic, I never got around to redeeming them.
Some time later I decided to sell the Pokemon without having passed it on because it didn't convince me and new ones were already coming out. A boy bought it and I forgot about it until this year, when my curiosity arose again and I bought Pokemon Sword again (this time without DLC) and played it from scratch.
To my surprise, this second time I loved the game, I played it right away and bought the DLC separately and captured all the legendaries.
Then one day I was on my Twitter looking for some old photos and suddenly I found a tweet from 2021 warning people to go get their Zacian/Zamazenta code with the image I attached. At that moment I unlocked the memory and realized that I had never redeemed them and now that I liked the game so much I would have liked to have them but it was too late 😭
Anyway, the moral is that you redeem the codes even if you don't care at the moment. Surely in the future you will appreciate it
