I’m pretty sure my Shiny Nundo Clefairy is my rarest one but is it?

The Shiny Shadow Koffing was from a grunt and I didn’t expect it one bit. I’m pretty sure the shiny shadow’s from Rocket Leaders are more common than grunts.
