I lost 9 raid passes the game crashed and froze every single raid got away with 2 shiny 27 regular 2 99 percent

I was grateful to get 3 shinies from 40 remote raids! I did not crash out as I wanted at least 2 shiny Rayquaza
Yesterday, I battle 13 raid only and i just got 5 three star normal and 2 star with two shiny but other than that cannot catch very well because only got 6 balls to catch that so hard since i just first time battle mega Rayquaza.

I think almost everyone got a hundo this event. My group of 6 caught 8 Hundos in total.
I had the game crash once, but yall must be insanely impatient to have lost the Rayquaza. If you click on the gym again, it WILL eventually give you the catch screen. Even if it takes 5 full minutes, it WILL give you the pokemon. The reason mine crashed is because I had a pokemon die the exact millisecond the rayquaza died (coupled with an egg trying to hatch), so the game absolutely shit it’s pants.
Oh and btw, if you did a raid at 1:58, and it clocked over to 2:02, and your game froze, guess whose fault that is? That’s right, YOURS. The gyms reset, 100% your fault that you lost that raid pass. My group doesn’t do raids for 5 full minutes before the gyms reset because we know the game is complete dogshit.
I got a shiny on my first one too bad it was only 2star iv
i did 70 raids total (last time there was mega ray and now) and still have 1 shiny and nothing better than a 93% and my game was bugging the entire time, tied for 2025 go fest finnaly in terms of fun-ness

One of the absolute WORST raid days I've ever seen. Technical issues like crazy and I did 25 raids and got 0 shinies and zero good IVs. To top it off, mega rayquaza was such a bitch to defeat. I dont ever mind pokemon being tough but that, thrown in with all the other issues, was just the cherry on top of this being the worst raid day experience.

I think it's my own stupidity, I already bought the pass for Meteorite and not claim it before 5 PM because I thought I already get em because when I saw rayquaza screen It's seems I already had 1 meteorite on Dragon ascent button and I not even saw the time research and paid timed research that time… I not know what I must do now… I reach support but they cannot revert what already done and now they not even read and reply my support tickets.. Maybe because even If I leave this game, It will not impacting them not like a big youtuber.. I'm sorry to tell my story here. I already hopeless… I angry and upset and not know what to reach… I know thats's my own stupidity
