This might be a stupid question but I only just got back into the game. For some reason when battling the option to use my blissed isn’t there but it still says I have the Pokémon when I look at the ones I have. The health bar is also gray but when I use my revive Blissey isn’t an option. The normal UI with the power up button is also gone, can someone please explain?

Did you use them at a landmark? You may have accidentally left them there for other people to take pictures with. You can go back and return them to their ball, or they’ll come back to you once that timer runs out.
Ah, this is an old one so apparently your Blissey is in a landmark via an AR task.
I am not sure if you can get it back before the time ends might be able to recall it.
The Recall button should be under it just invisible.
