Anyone else run into this issue? I purchased it 2 days ago and I only just realized that it's not in my inventory anymore and I have the option to buy it again from the shop. Event starts in about 14 hours for me. Support is no help.
EDIT: The only possible explanation is that something went wrong because I remoted into two Mega Ray raids right before this in Japan and then my ticket immediately vanished
