It’s been 320 days since I last received a Sinnoh stone



Daily player with autocatcher

None from field research / task

None from go battle league so far

None from fighting blanche/candela

None from fighting other trainers either 😅

Is there everyone else or just me?

I couldn’t evolve my pokemons for almost a year now 😭

    Do you have a friend you can battle? The first 3 battles per day against a friend can drop Sinnoh Stones. I helped a buddy with that; it took us 2 days but they got a stone they needed.

    I get them from ranked battles.
    You just need 2 wins from a set of 5.

    fight against leaders in GBL screen. U have one reward at day and one of them can be a Sinnoh stone

    I think you get an evolution item on your 7 day streak of spinning pokestops if I recalll

    That is wild. I have 10 in my inventory at all times and haven’t needed one in at least that many days. It is the only evo item I keep 10 of though, five for everything else.

    I get them from pvp battles and team leader battles and occasionally from opening gifts

    The Team leaders will often reward a Sinnoh stone after battling also.

    Oh my gosh it’s not just me!!! I haven’t received any for months and months and I was going crazy! I have 14 King’s Rocks??

    Got a Sinnoh stone today just by battling a friend. Gbl rewards too you can look up how to tank and you get get them easily. Have too many stones now lol.

    That is crazy. I keep getting evolution stones, especially sinnoh ones. Just recently, I saw I had 17, so I cleared 12 out.

    This seems crazy. I’m constantly deleting them to open up storage space and I’ve still got 30 sitting there.

    I’ve received 14 this season so far from GBL. Either you aren’t super consistent at doing it, or you’re super unlucky.

    I only keep 25 in my bag at a time, never have gone below that. Other than the number of ways others have suggested, I would say just wait for a CD classic to roll around. Usually events that include rhyhorn or Magmar/Electabuzz include some timed research to get your rhydon to rhyperior and others as well. I believe we had a timed research during swinub classic community a couple years back. Most recently they gave away 4-5 sinnoh stones less than a year ago for ralts classic CD.

    The name of the game is patience. You’ll get it when you definitely don’t need it anymore. Everything eventually rolls around. It might even be in a special research somewhere as I def got some during the Shaymin Glitters of gratitude masterwork research. Per leekduck you get 3 for finishing step 5.

    Not that long ago there was a Com Day (?) which had a research for… 5 (?) Sinnoh stones. I partly completed it as I have enough of those

    try maxing out on bonus eggs and battle a leader i’ve gotten some from that

    do your best to do 3 battles with friends (not gbl)

    I’m about to make you feel worse, sorry about this.

    My wife and I just ran through three sets as we do most days for rewards/hearts. Three master league battles with one player just using low cp mons to zip through it. She received two Sinnoh stones, I got one.

    If you can rustle up another player and have one of you throw the battle that is the best way to get a chance of an item.

    I don’t get how people have issues with evo stones. I just keep 10 of each but I’m throwing them away all the time.

    Battle another trainer. First 3 battles of the day you get items. I averaged about 1 sinnoh stone a session.

    Was in a similar situation as you, had a large backlog of pokemon that needed to be upgraded.

    GBL never helped, battling candela/etc daily never helped too. I lucked out a couple of times with the 7 day streak reward, but that was only a couple times.

    If you have someone willing to battle and tank for you, I think those will be the best odds.

    One last note, I made sure to win those trainer battles. The acct losing got a sinnoh stone occasionally, but way less frequently

    Tell me u don’t do PvP without telling me you don’t do PvP lol. Just do some PvP matches and you’ll get one within a few days. U don’t even need a good team in the lower ranks just choose stuff with good coverage or just use meta picks with non optimal stats.
