The fabled “Japanese” quality equivalent of the Shrouded Fable promos

The texture is phenomenal on this Chinese Kingdra card!! I see pictures of the Chinese version of the Greninja online and it looks way better texture- wise than the English version too.

I wonder why the people behind the Pokemon Company haven't made the Fable promos in Japanese since there's already a crazy detailed texture made for the promos.. 😮‍💨
