I know some people might not include Primal as a mega, but I think it is close enough as a mechanic to be included.
Obviously there is a fair bit we don't know about the Mega Dimensions inclusions, but based on previous trends I'm assuming that different forms get the same Megas. Tatsugiri is the only possible exception in my mind, but who knows…
