I know it’s not supposed to be a 100% chance with an ultra ball but cmon, not even a shake??? Especially off a 300 cp mon
I’m using ultra balls cuz I haven’t claimed any rewards from the pass yet so I’m not too worried about that lol

Pikachus and the starters are pains to catch
300 cp pikachi… ultra ball plus raspberry plus great curve throw or better… you’ll have more reliable results
They do have terrible catchrates!
They should invent costumed starters that don’t have an atrocious catch rate
