Help! Haven’t been able to fight in raids or max battles since Rayquaza raid day.

So, like a lot of people I had a lot of issues with raids on Rayquaza raid day, specifically I’d join a raid and when it said Go! To begin fighting, my screen would freeze and I wouldn’t be able to battle, which wasn’t a huge issue on the day as I was battling with a lot of people and after restarting the game I was able to click on the gym and catch Rayquaza. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t resolved and even now when I join a raid or max battle, I’m unable to do anything and the game just crashes (screenshots included)

I’ve tried downloading all assets, refreshing game data and uninstalling the app and installing again.

I’ve logged a bug and tried contacting support but that didn’t help at all.

Any ideas!?
