Starting 5:35 (in the french audio track) Brock starts repeating the same sentence endlessly till the end of the episode

I filled a report on the official Pokémon website doing my best to describe the problem under the "Pokémon tv" category but they told me they can't do anything and that I needed to ask via another tool which I can't find.
Of course the channel is made for kids so Youtube doesn't allow any comments and I don't know how to report and hopefully fix this problem, does anyone have any idea on where / how can I report this issue?
