Bro….. the number of raids that froze during the catch screen and I was almost strictly remote. I managed to get another shiny and a fantastic reggie rayquay and I got 2 stones but seriously I tossed my money at this event. SMH.

I was only able to do one remote raid because I live in a more rural area. The raid froze up and never loaded. Also never got anything back as a “reimbursement”. Company that makes millions of dollars and can’t even make a game that works. Same happened with the origin raid day, and almost big raid day they screw something up. So stupid it’s almost natural now.
I lost 5 pass and got 0

I had two and now i am on 7 remote raid passes. I did four remote raids, 3 worked, and 1 rayquaza run away, so for me, i have mega rayquaza and got remote raid passes(more than i lost)

They refunded me premium raid passes instead of the remote raid passes I used. I never use premium passes because not a lot of people play in my area. I lost 5 remote passes. Tried talking to support but got stuck talking to a bot that kept telling me I received the reward. I’m just taking the L on this one. 😂

I lost it and didn’t get any back what can I do about it?
i won a rayquaza raid with my friends, but my team died and then i tried to go back into the raid with another team before they killed it, sadly it took about 15 seconds before you could rejoin a raid (in wich rayquaza would also kill 2-3 of your pokemon in the new team) but this happened at the end of the raid this time, the point is the game bugged and i didnt get the raid rewards neither i got the rayquaza encounter. so i lost a rayquaza just like that
