You are able to get more candies with rank 45 of this pass. What is the earliest time possible to be at rank 45?

Remember you can overcap the daily limit by getting your last points via raid or egg.
Do we know what activities gain us the points?
Do we think Having 9 eggs to hatch when you’re on 490/500 would give you 360 points or just 40 from the first egg ?
