Hey guys, I’ve a dilema, should I Power up my best IV dialoga or my terrible iv but ROT one?

Also, I am willing to trade the ROT if someone can fly and have a lucky trinket. It just feels odd to power up something that is 10/10/15 over something that is 96% and Silver cap won’t make it hundo besides I wouldn’t use in non shine. Thanks for the help!
