Need advice for silver bottle cap.

I can’t decide between Zacian, Mewtwo and Rayquaza. But I’m guessing shiny Dawn Wings is the better choice ?
Plus I don’t mind getting a new shundo.
I don’t do PvP, only PvE if it helps.
