
For six months I've had the bugs below in the videos.
I've tried support four times and they say ' refresh data' ' download assets, ' switch it on and off again' ' etc. It always ends with them saying thanks we have passed it onto the team.
The bugs persist with the latest updates, game data refreshed, assets downloaded, different WiFi or mobile data , different phone, uninstall and reinstall or on a clean device.
If not an actual fix does anyone even have an idea what may be causing these. Thanks 🙂
Viewing created routes. This has been like this for 6 months. I've created about 360 in total.
Sending Gifts. This happens whenever I go into the menu when I exit there is always a spinning pokeball in the top left. If I wait for it to stop I can go back into the gift menu and send. If I exit I have to go through the whole process again
Creating a route. The screen freezes for about three minutes. Then I can interact with the screen which doesn't actually do anything for another couple of minutes. Pressing the create route button causes a loop. If I only press it once It eventually works with a spinning pokeball which if I don't wait to stop causes a can't create route error.
Walking a route. The menu always freezes at first. When I exit and wait for the spinning pokeball to stop I can go back but have to wait again. When available routes come up I get the spinning pokeball again. If I wait for it to stop I can walk a route. If I don't I get failed to start route. When I do walk and finish a route the nearby routes get stuck at that location even if I walk five miles away
