Cubone, "the lonely Pokemon", features some of the most emotional card art in the history of the TCG. Each and every one of the 30 printings of Cubone since 1996 has shown it as alone and heartbroken because of the death of its mom.
But after 30 years of sadness, now for the first time ever, Cubone has a friend and companion: another Cubone!
I think Pokemon really nailed the storytelling with this card. It's also the first ever full art of Cubone, and they took the opportunity to give Cubone its first ever friend 🙂
