Ok… its a very VERY! long storie but the short version is this.
I saved up for a few months to get Latias ex 239/191 for my collection, I won this card for $177.50 on eBay,
everything looked ok but there's an odd darker pigment of blue on the border directly above the [é] on the back of the card.
My 2 guesses are
ink error?,
Or some kind of cover up by the seller?.
If it's just an error that's fine but if it's a cover up I won't be adding it to my collection.
If you think this is just an error of some kind or your 100% sure it's a cover up please let me know.
I need help from someone who has more experience with this stuff 🥲
