I have a 2 non foil Toxtricity 068 from Phantasmal Flames. But in the ETB booklet and on TCGPLAYER I can frid any record or their being both. Just the foil and stamped battle deck ones.

It’s from the prerelease decks. Holos in the prerelease decks will feature a nonholo card if it’s not the promo.
