Still no special research and unable to change form

Hi Guys, this seems very odd. I still haven't recieved the tales of transformation page 7/8. It's almost 2 PM in my location. Is anyone facing this issue? Any suggestions is welcomed.
PS: I've tried refreshing the game data.
