My mom sent me my old card collection. Need some help IDing this i suspect it’s an error reverse holo from EX hidden legends….

I have this reverse foil error card from my collection when I was a kid and can’t find any information on it. Can someone here give me an idea of what I have on my hands? It’s definitely from the Ex hidden Legends print run due to the foil pattern.
