I have been looking to get the Phantasmal Flames Mega Charizard X ex SIR and it seems like the price is somewhat stabilized at $500-550.
Should I just buy the card or should I take 2 booster boxes from Phantasmal at a slightly lower price (have an offer for 2 for $450) and take a shot at pulling the card?
