I don't really collect. I just really like pokemon (mostly Kanto and Jotho) and like opening some packs every now and then just for the thrill. Me and the girlfriend openened some packs yestersday, and she was pretty lucky, 2 full arts in 3 packs. Me, nothing. I had a 151 booster bundle i have saved since i wanted to open some packs with someone someday. So i decided it was time open them. Of 3 packs, she got three full arts, including the awesome Alakazam and Charmander. Me? Nothing of course. I have actually never pulled anything of note ever. I think she has like a 80% rate of getting full arts in he packs she has ever opened. Funniest part is i swapped our last packs and said "well now it is my turn to pull something" and thats when she got the Charmander. Happy for her though 🥲
Edit: Apparently i need to clarify this was a fun activity. Even though i am not much of a collector, my girlfriend is even less. The hits will stay with me even though she opened them, she is not interested. It is just fun to open packs together. It's also just fun in a tragic way that i am the one searching for hits, and i have NEVER pulled anything in my entire life, and she has literally opened 12 packs in her entire life, and gotten 6 full arts. Then on the other hand, i would not have any fun sitting and opening by myself. I guess that's just the name of the game. That is the point of the post. 🙂
