I lost two remote raid passes in a row on Kyerum, both for the same bug. My game freezes on the recently added XP screen and I don't get a catch encounter. According to automated "player support" I was compensated for these raids.. not sure how since I didn't get encounters, nor did I get my remotes back.
I lost 3-4 this way on mega Rayquaza raid day. So, I'm not too surprised and I think I might lay off the remotes for a while. Maybe until they add an option to force and encounter like you can by restarting your game and tapping on the gun in person. (Maybe it could be done through the journal, or the raids tab?)
Anyway, that's my complaining done for the day. Hope y'all have been catching some cool Kyerum
