sometimes i see people trying to gather a raid party and they say something like “gauranteed shiny” or like this? do people just say this to get added or is there sometimes a way to know the legendary will be shiny?

nope he’s just trying to get you to join.
There is no way to tell in advance if a legendary is gonna be shiny, or have near 100% ivs. He’s clearly lying and so is everyone else who claims that
There is no way to guarantee shiny or good iv from a raid, afaik not even the whale cheaters can do that
Bro why try so hard to get ppl to join when you can just use a raid app
