So I tried some drawing, but it's a bit real life as I have to trace a mouse picture as I'm no good at drawing.
This is an electric type yellow-neck based mon, and it's electric/fighting evo "henchmouse". No idea on proper names.
The base mon is supposed to look all puffy from static electricity/look a bit like it got shocked, hence the blown out trail.
The evo gets hench from digging burrows and fighting off predators.
