Growing up, I’ve always loved Pokémon cards, probably a little too much, judging by how rough I was with them. I never really got to buy packs though, since money was tight in my family. Over the years, I ended up losing all my childhood cards during a move, which honestly sucked because I always loved and admired the art. Fast forward like 15 years, I finally decided to pull the trigger and bought these three. They weren’t cheap, and I probably won’t be buying more anytime soon, but I plan to frame them and keep them forever.
