I noticed collectors go nuts over the Elite Trainer Boxes despite them being (originally) aimed at the players, such as containing dice, coins, and card sleeves. Do collectors also go after the Trainer’s Toolkits?
Players love them because they contain a lot of important cards for making strong decks. Cards like Arven, Maximum Belt, Professor’s Research, Earthen Vessel, and, for this year’s box, Fezandipiti ex, as well as their own card sleeves. I get that this might not be quite as appealing to those who don’t play, but they seem to have been snatched up at the local level just like the rest of Pokémon cards. I don’t hear quite as much talk about them though.
