This is the early route Bug. Based on a Mosquito Larvae.
Tumblupa/Abukoon (アブコオン) – Bug/Water
Second stage of Wigglarva. Based on the pupa stage of Mosquitos.
Toxsquito/Byōkadoku (ビョーカドク) – Bug/Poison
Male Final stage of Wigglarva. Based on Male Mosquitos and Syringes.
Vamsquito/Kyuukatsuki (キュウカツキ) – Bug/Dark
Female Final stage of Wigglarva.
Based on Female Mosquitos and Vampires.
Womball/Uonmaru (ウオンマル) – Normal
This is the early route Mammal. Based on a Wombat.
Womblock/Shikabatto (シカバット) – Normal/Rock
Final stage of Womball. Based on the Gunni Cryptid. Also, the rock typing is inspired by Wombat's hide ability to withstand blows from attacks and often uses it to block their den holes like a boulder.
Snagpie/Kasasumi (カサスミ) – Flying/Dark
This is the early route Bird.
Based on Australian Magpies and their aggressive behaviour. Also based on the tropes of Magpies stealing stuff.
Wrathpie/Kasageshī (カサゲシー) – Flying/Dark
Final stage of Snagpie. Based on the famous aggressive behaviour during Spring season and has motifs of rouges with the feather hood.
Sinispresso/Yabakōhī (ヤバコーヒー) – Fire/Ghost
Convergent of Sinister and Poltchageist. Based on Flat White coffee or Espresso culture in Australia in general.
Spressogeist/Kōhīdesu (コーヒーデス) – Fire/Ghost
Final stage of Sinispresso. Based on Moka Pots. Has a high speed stat to reference the caffeine rush. The whole line has a Caffeinated and decaff form.
Kowallop/Okikoara (オキコアラ) – Normal/Fighting
New Evolution to Komala. Based on Brown Koalas and Drop Bears. The log becomes a hammer and has a cranky disposition due it's sudden awakening.
Synthesis/Moeruwari (モエルワリ) – Grass/Fire
New Evolution to Sunflora. Based on a Sunflower on fire and has a Sun motif. Sunflowers are common in areas like Northern South Wales, Southern and Central Queensland.
What do you guys think of these guys? I'm working on more and have even reused some beta designs from the teraleak and tweaked them a bit.
