Made a tcgplayer order and also ordered the Greninja & Zoroark full art…and got my package today with it not in there 😭😭😭 The Silvally was under the Magnemite card, so I looked behind the other two toploader ones but it's not there either…
I sent tcgplayer a message and am PRAYING there is a way to resolve the issue but I was so excited to get that card especially :(. I've made orders before and this is the first time this has happened to me. Has anyone else dealt with a missing card w/ tcg? How did they resolve the issue or any order issues in general?
