Meet Bocho! Bocho is a Pokemon based on a character from "Bocchi the Rock', an anime I started watching recently!
Context: Bocchi the Rock is an anime based around a highschool band. Our protagonist is a pink haired girl named Hitori Gotoh, who is given the nickname "Bocchi" later on from her fellow band members. Bocchi is portrayed as an extremely introverted, socially anxious highschool girl.
Design Inspiration: In the anime, Bocchi sometimes turns into a blob when she is nervous or scared.
Shiny Inspiration: In the image provided, there are wisp like objects floating around Bocchi's head that are colored purple
Final thoughts: To be honest, I didn't really know how I could change the design while still making it a blob, so I made the two cubic-hairclips bigger. I plan for this to be a 3-stage line with either a Mega or Gigantamax form. Please feel free to give me any feedback! I also plan to make Fakemon lines based on the other 3 band members 🙂
