I really enjoy opening these. The cards are so much prettier than English and I have to admit: statistically getting a higher hit ratio feels better.
Son opened Charizard UPC, prismatic box, Lucario EX and Salamence box; aside from the promos he only landed a Psyduck of note. Still fun to rip but…Japanese > English for ripping experience IMO. I’ll just buy the English ones I want.
(NB: I know some of these “hits” aren’t really a big deal. They’re still gorgeous though and I appreciate the beauty of the art. So I’m good with that. Happy Christmas!!) 🎄
