With 365 pokemon from 2020 or earlier, are they actually worth keeping just because of date?

So I've got 365 pokemon that were caught between 2016 & 2020. In a few days, from what I understand, all of them will be guaranteed lucky trades, which is cool. I'm definitely well below the lucky cap.

My question – is it worth keeping most of these just because of their age? There's like 50 some shinies, but a bunch are just nothing special. Is it worth keeping if there ever arose the situation where someone was giving me something cool so I could guarantee it be lucky? I assume if the Pokemon is old enough & one of us is below the lucky cap that it'll still guarantee both pokemon be lucky, yeah?
