So I bought myself a black bolt pokemon center etb from ebay for christmas, never bought anything from pokemon center before and it came with 2 separate packs with the regular and pokemon center promo cards, im wondering if this is normal or if I just got mad lucky with some kind of error while packing or something? And yes it arrived sealed so it wasn't tampered with or anything, I am fairly new to collecting so sorry if this is a well known thing😅 also cards have since been sleeved i was just excited when taking the pictures
