Mega Mewtwo X/Y seems like a shoe-in for GO Tour Kalos at this point, and I can also see the Megas for the Z-A starters get thrown in there too. I'm predicting we get the Paradox Pokemon for this year's GO Fest, as well as Calyrex/Spectier/Glastrier either in spring or autumn, maybe Manaphy/Phione too.

They aint releasing mewtwo mega’s until they need a quick few million. One at a time they’ll do it knowing they’ll make 50 million in raid passes world wide, when there hurting for money, thats when will see it
