There’s no much ppl playing at my country

Im new to the game, I’ve seen too many Pokémon’s at this kind of event, could I make it solo? Or I’ll be stuck the rest of my life playing just solo

Same thing happens with gyms no one is fighting gyms, I’ve lost a Pokémon due to defending purposes… I’m getting lost about all of the content, that’s my feeling
