Sometimes, usually after sending/opening gifts, the appearance of my avatar changes; the game gives me white skin, blonde hair, and hazel eyes (depicted in the second image of this post).
It's easy to change back. All I have to do is open up trainer customization to manually change the colours back, so this is just a minor inconvenience at most. But does anyone know why this happens and what I can do to stop this from happening? Does this happen to anyone else?
