Are these pokemon good?

I just installed it back after 1/2 years, can someone tell me if they are good pokemons? Charmeleon,Ivysaur,Wartortle and Gengar are made from their base evolution if I'm not wrong, zyrgade,poi pole,gyrados and Lapras I think they are legendaries and pseudo then heatmore and Chansey are shiny
