Purify him absolutely, why wouldn’t you? He’ll be a 4*!
If it were me, I would purify for the Hundo Mega Charizard. Hopefully you have the mega energy to do so
I would say it depends on what you want to do, mega charizard y is the second best fire type wirh fire spin and blast burn but if you have a decent charizard already but it would be good to keep as a shadow because you probably wont get one that good for a very long time and plus its the 9th best fire type with fire spin and blast burn as a shadow but then again that depends if you do have better fire types or not
