My mother-in-law found her son’s old cards in storage, they were all stored in top-loaders without a penny sleeve so the foils are fairly scratched. I’m a magic player and collector so I know nothing about pokemon conditioning and selling. I’d guess these are all moderately played but I’m not sure. Any tips?
(The first three photos are the light arcanine as it’s the one I’m most interested in selling for obvious reasons.)
