Finally figured out the gimmick for my region, called Spectrum Forms. Think of it like a mix between mega evolutions and terastalisation

Spectrum forms change the appearance of pokemon, and more importantly, give them 3 types. If the pokemon has one type, it gains 2, if the pokemon has 2 types, it gains 1. Stats do not change (for now, maybe they will later) but movesets do
